I found this blog a month ago more or less, and threre’s a lot to read, and think, Plus a lot of MV’s to review for reference,… It’s a pleasure i’m not in a hurry to finnish anytime soon. Plus two day’s ago I found the Ofelia & Sus blog, which is another gem. I’ve hesitated around the technical issues around how a wordpress blog works,…. Still don’t understand how it goes ,.. so i’ll see it with time…
I came to be an ARMY just before the Serendipity comeback, and before the first BBMA in 2017… I was listeting to their songs some months before that, so WINGS era ongoing… = BSW&T, SPRING DAY, NOT TODAY, and their solos LIE and AWAKE struck me hard… also each older MV,… At the time I was in a dark hole, emotionally at my weakest point trying to not give up my life, (a very ugly divorce after 33 years of marriage, Yes I’m almost sixty!!! )…
So to distract and cheer me up, my daughter showed me The blood sweat & tears MV,… As a retired high school art teacher it caught my eye with so many cultural and artistic visual references. It blowed my mind, took the bait and of course in a couple of months fell deeply through the rabbit hole. Love them to the moon and back,.. all of them!! ,.. though I can’t help being Namjin biased,… because it feel’s there’s so much true in many subtle moments.
I speak spanish from Spain and can use to a certain point english, but I have zero idea about korean,.. so it’s really hard to understand the original language nuances through translations to eng. Plus Namjoon is a genius lirycist making “double and tripple entendederes”… so I’m really curious about the truth behind the clues,… In one word I work really hard to understand them!!,… SO why do I try so hard to understand???? ….. because what I felt reading their lyrics,…. Never before in my life, never I felt a song were exactly telling my story,… It’s strange but true and hasn’t not happened one or two, but more times …. My divorce feelings are told in 134340!!! Serendipity was my beginnings… so it’s so strong for me !!!.. I almost need it to be real,…
Because reading your clues,… maybe Namjoon never acted on his emotions and made all this lirycs using jin as an inspiration/muse,… I really wish it to be true for them,…

I feel sad that i couldn’t crack it. Even though i am so immersed in this whole theory and have been enjoying so much!
I know that we have covered this a bit in Serendipity analysis and then more deeply in analysis of Dimple. In Serendipity we have discussed that how he consider his lover same as drug which is life saving but at the same time have those negative side affects on him.
In Dimple, we have spoken again how Namjoon ‘may’ call his lover his penicillin since he saves him but also have a negative side affects of making his heart race. But then, we have further analyzed how difficult for him is to control his desires which makes his heart race and act legally when he is around his lover. So how it’s his own desires on which he has little control be his drug since, they make him eel happy and raced up at same time.
I really want to decode this myself. Can you give another hint may be?
