When will I get my order?
It takes 2 to 3 days for your order to be fulfilled before it gets shipped.
The shipping time depends on your location:
- USA*: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- New Zealand: 10–15 business days
- Norway: 10–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
Due to Covid-19, delivery times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

It is shipped from the US.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with me, please:
- Check your tracking information, you would have received an email with your tracking number
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours’ in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, then please get in touch with me at btsgtheories@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return and refund policy?
Sorry, I unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds.
However, if you have received a wrong/damaged product, please email me at gxdpshop@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and your order number, and I will organise a replacement to be sent 😊
